Items purchased at keepitrealonline.com store may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of the date of purchase. Return item(s) must be unused, must not be worn, not be stained, not be washed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging to be eligible for refund. Stickers, decals, art prints, and digital goods are exempt from being returned.

Please Note: If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Unless the product is defective you will be responsible for the return postage.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We can only refund back to the person who paid, using the method they paid with. So for example, if you received a gift, we can only refund the customer not the end user. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.
When posting your item(s) back to us, we strongly recommend getting proof of postage if your decide to ship the item(s).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-4 business days for the original purchase amount (not to include shipping) minus a restocking fee of 15%. If your return is rejected for any reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs to return the item(s) to you.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If we have confirmed your refund and you haven’t received a refund please make sure you allow at least 3 to 5 business days after we have refunded the money to your account as it can take this long for your issuing bank to post the changes.
If you still haven’t received the refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at email@example.com informing us of the SKU code (found on the product’s page). Please include in the email the item you’d like to exchange for SKU code (found on the product’s page). Once we have both SKU codes we can assess availability of the required exchange and send you the return address details for you to send your item to, and we strongly recommend getting proof of postage.
Please note: we can only exchange for items and sizes that are in stock when your exchange is received.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you can receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Send an email letting us know this item was bought for you as a gift. Once the returned item is received in it’s original condition, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we can send a refund to the gift giver if the item is returned in it’s original condition to us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note: if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s). In the event of not receiving your returned item(s) we will be unable to assist you with this enquiry any further.
